1966WOSTEP opens in Neuchâtel with a 1-year course for watchmakers from the USA. Director: André Farine.
1970The Refresher Course is opened to watchmakers from all over the world.
1976Antoine Simonin takes over after the death of André Farine.
1977The Refresher Course is now a 20-week session, twice a year.
1984First session of the Course on complicated watches.
1985WOSTEP enlarges its premises.
1986WOSTEP becomes a non-profit association with 27 members.

1989Introduction of a new selection of training sessions in Neuchâtel and around the world.
1990Introduction of lectures on watchmaking.
19912nd enlargement of the WOSTEP premises.
WOSTEP celebrates its 25th anniversary.
